Skinny Tumbler

Ensure designs meet the required resolution of 300 DPI at actual print size (2781 x 2394 px) for optimal printing results. Increasing resolution alone will not improve low-quality artwork; recreate low-resolution graphics for best output quality.

Use the correct 20oz Skinny Tumbler template dimensions and ensure artwork fully covers the print area. Extend background elements to the bleed line to prevent white edges after heat pressing.

Color may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, lighting conditions, sublimation ink behavior, and heat transfer processes.

Sublimation printing does not use white ink. Any transparent areas in the design will remain the base color of the tumbler (typically white). White elements in the artwork will not be printed.

For best results, use vibrant and saturated colors. Very light tones may appear less vivid after heat transfer.

Avoid placing important elements too close to the top, bottom, or seam area. Slight shifts (1–3 mm) may occur during the manual wrap and heat press process.

For full wrap designs, ensure both horizontal edges align seamlessly to avoid visible misalignment at the seam.

Avoid extremely fine lines or very small text (under 6pt), as they may lose clarity after sublimation transfer.
